Refund Policy

The Refund shall be made to the original source of payment of the customer.
For example, if a customer purchase using debit card, the refund will be reverted to same debit card.
A 100% refund for a damaged order will be given including the courier charges if collected. And if a customer changes the thought and need a refund shall be made only if the product is returned with original and with no damage of packing material, invoice by deducting the two-way courier charges and request should be raised with in 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Exchange AND RETURN:
We hope you never have to return a il’wo product, but sometimes the unexpected happens.
Our exchange and return policy are very simple.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, if a different product was sent to the one you purchased, or if you regret your purchase, you must contact us within 10 days of the date of receipt. To do so, use the contact form on the website itself or send an email to info@wilwo.in or drop us a WhatsApp message at 7799354439 with your order id .
Then our team will send instructions for collecting the product and replacing or refunding the amount paid.
We do not exchange products that have been used or care instructions that haven’t been followed.

EXCHANGE RESTRICTION
In the case of exchange for size, we only exchange products that have not been used. This condition is intended to guarantee customers that they will never receive a wil’wo product used by someone else.
